Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. Any product showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order details, invoice, and reason for return. Once approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Shipping charges and handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery along with proper proof (images or videos).
